Refund Policy
Please see below our policies on returns, damages, lost items, and refunds. We want every unboxing experience to be a beautiful one, so please reach out to blair_joanna@hotmail.com if you have any questions or concerns with your order.
Returns
At this time, we only offer free returns for customers who receive an incorrect order. Please inspect your artwork immediately upon arrival and notify us of any errors within 7 days from the delivery date.
Original artwork and canvas prints are final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item prior to purchasing.
Damages
All items are carefully inspected and packaged with care to ensure your artwork is protected, but we cannot control the handling process of the postal carrier. As such, Joanna Blair is not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service, and is not responsible for any damage incurred after the artwork has arrived. We appreciate your understanding!
Please ensure that your artwork is stored in a safe location, away from water, liquids, fire, and other hazards. We recommend framing paper prints behind glass to protect them from humidity.
Not Delivered / Lost
If your package is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check your confirmation email to ensure the correct shipping address was provided. We are unable to replace any print order for free if the shipping address was incorrect; however, we are happy to forward any packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. In this case, you will be invoiced for the additional shipping costs. If the address is correct, please contact the shipping company directly. Unfortunately, there isn’t anything we can do on our end, so we are unable to address any failed delivery or theft issues directly. We share your disappointment in these situations as we want every art experience to be exceptional!
Cancellations / Refunds
We understand that duplicate orders can happen by mistake. Duplicate print orders (canvas and paper) are the only orders eligible for a free cancellation and refund. Please reach out within 24 hours of purchasing so we can cancel your duplicate order. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a refund as all prints are created on demand and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed with our print shop.
